Devilish Charm

Dizzywood Devilish Charm

The Devilish Charm is hidden inside the jaguar temple over near the back. It’s on the platform that has the really big creepy looking statue with the missing eyes that you put the opal idols in. You will need to have the levitation and invisibility powers to get the Devilish Charm but it’s pretty easy to find once you have those powers.

P.S. If you still need those powers go to Tanglevine Jungle and do the missions to get those powers, ok?

Color War on Dizzywood

June 29, 2009 by superdizzy

There’s a really fun event happening on Dizzywood right now called Color War. There are four teams on Dizzywood and they are all different colors: green, BLUE, red, and yellow. You get assigned to one of the teams and then you compete in different games and things to get points for your team.

To play, go to Presto’s Edge and walk to the right until you see the Color War sign and a big cauldron. Click on the cauldron to get assigned to a team.

I was assigned to team BLUE. Go Blue! You will get a shirt and shorts for your team.

Now click on the Color War sign behind the cauldron to go to the main color war place. It is called Farthing’s Meadow. There are four team clubhouses and you can go inside your color.

OK in the middle of the meadow there is a bulletin board that shows you the scores and gives instructions on what games and things you can do to earn points for your team.

Here is the current score. Team Blue is in second place. Let’s go blue and get some more points. Beat yellow!!!

Presto’s Picnic in Dizzywood

May 16, 2009 by superdizzy

Presto’s Picnic began this weekend in Dizzywood. It is really fun. There are two different rooms for the picnic. The first is Farthing’s Meadow. You get there from clicking on the big sign in Presto’s Edge. Everyone can go to the main party and there are a lot of picnic decorations, food, and music. You can get a picnic basket and a picnic blanket for free in Breakwater Beach.

There is a second special party room for gold and silver explorers only. It is in Farthing’s Pond and the sign to get there is in Farthing’s Meadow. It is decorated with a really fun luau theme and gold and silvers get a bunch of free clothing and stuff.

Non-members can sneak in by going on a tour from a gold explorer!

Consult the Fall Wizard is a new mission in Dizzywood. You have to find a scarecrow in Wildwood Glen. When you click on it you play a game of Combo Drop and then when you win the game the Fall Wizard appears nearby. Then go talk to the Fall Wizard and the mission is complete.

Here is where the scarecrow is!

Quill

Quill on Dizzywood

Quill is a junk vendor who lives in Presto’s Edge. He used to live in a place called Farthing’s Meadow but you can’t get there anymore and he moved. He buys junk from you. Usually when you get something stupid or lame from the magic mystery wheel like an old boot or a used toothbrush, Quill will buy it from you for some coins. Quill looks kind of like a porcupine with junk stuck on him.

Monsters on the Road

February 22, 2009 by superdizzy

Ugh there are a lot of monsters on the road to Canal City. It’s an infestation! You can battle them by using your zap power. If they touch you you get knocked back to the beginning. You can get a lot of coins from zapping the monsters and it is a lot of fun to get rid of those icky monsters!

Canal City

February 6, 2009 by superdizzy

The road to Canal City is going to start getting re-built soon. Kat de Claw wrote about it in the Dizzywood Explorer’s Journal and there are lots of monsters on the road which is kind of spooky but I think we’re going to try to get rid of them because there have been a lot of new missions about getting monster repellent and finding stuff to fix the road. I hope that starts soon! Did you get your construction helmet yet? If you are a pathfinder then you get a box that you can drop on the ground to give away construction helmets to people.

Crystal missions in Dizzywood

January 10, 2009 by superdizzy

There are a lot of new missions in Dizzywood this weekend. The first one is called Crystal Courier. To do it just go see Kan the snake in the Explorer’s Camp. He is below the entrance to the Jaguar Temple. Give him the crystal that Presto puts in your backpack. Just click on Kan to do it. You will complete the mission, get a hundred coins, and get some more crystal missions to go get crystal critters. The crystal critter missions are the same way you got crystal critters b4 in the catacombs and the elder vein mines.
